You don't need a 6-week course right now. You need a clear answer on what to do next.

You've been going in circles on something. Maybe it's a product decision that keeps getting deferred. Maybe you launched and the downloads aren't moving no matter what you try. Maybe you're not sure whether to keep going or pivot. Maybe you need someone to look at what you're actually working on and tell you what they think.
One founder came in having pivoted between five different verticals with a YC deadline in weeks. They left with a clear target customer and a 4-week research plan he could actually execute. Another came in frustrated that two months of Apple Intelligence features had done nothing for downloads. We worked through exactly why, and what to do instead.

"Working with Abbey was incredibly helpful. I've experienced 'aha!' moments that bring clarity on where I should direct my efforts. My check-ins with her are a welcome moment to slow down and process during the chaos of getting a small business off the ground."
- Clark Barry, Founder, Gold Bar Sports Tech & Water Polo Exchange
"Abbey's suggestions were really essential into me being able to get the non-technical side, like the messaging for what I'm trying to build, and how to translate the passion for what I'm building into something that resonates to people."
- Kaya Thomas, Founder, Milk Diary
Book an hour with Abbey Jackson, former staff engineer, iOS lead, and product manager.
Founder of Up Coast Leaders.

That photo over there is from the public demo day after I finished my iOS bootcamp waaaaaay back in 2015, after I took a major major risk while I was on disability by taking out loans to attend a programming bootcamp.
For our final project, my partner Alain and I built an app designed to help wildfire (forest) firefighters report dangers and distribute maps faster than the then manual process that was being used. Our app wasn't the fanciest but we won because we were solving a real problem.
Right from the first line of code I ever wrote I have been dedicated to helping people with technology. I have spent over a decade as a senior engineer and product leader. I made it all the way to staff engineer in less than 5 years with only a bootcamp education.
In my career I have:
Architected major projects used by millions of customers such as my work as iOS lead for one of Mastercard's anti-fraud SDKs.
Earned a patent for vehicle <-> mobile communication at Rivian.
Built release system used by 40+ engineers from 8+ teams used still by Rivian's team that was absorbed into Volkswagen
Built apps for in-development firmware working on the Vaunt AR glasses at Intel.
Worked at agencies (both as an engineer and as Head of Product)
Done a stint as a fullstack/backend engineer working on mobile release tooling at Runway.team.
I started Up Coast Leaders because I love building products and I hate watching founders spend months wasting time and their life saveings building the wrong thing.
I'm not a business coach, I'm a product strategist. I won't give you generic advice. I'll look at your specific situation and tell you what I actually think.

- Brian Hernacki, VP Software Engineering, Intel

- Christopher (C3) Croteau, GM/VP Engineering, Intel

Book an hour with Abbey Jackson, former staff engineer, iOS lead, and product manager.
Founder of Up Coast Leaders.

The course is a 6-week group program: live classes, a cohort of founders, the full framework from problem definition to launch.
This consultation is one hour, focused entirely on you, with me going through your actual numbers, your actual decision, your actual product.

"Abbey has never treated this course as just a way to make money, no matter how many times I told her she could. She genuinely cares about people in this space and has a real desire to teach. She knows what she is doing, and she is not hiding it behind an overpriced paywall."
- NaLonni Madden, Counselor & Educator
