1. For the Idea Holders:

The From Passion to Product educational series

You begin with the live 6-week course or 1 day indie dev workshop.

When you first get here, you've likely been doing a lot of guessing. Whether you take the full course or the Indie Dev workshop, the From Passion to Product series is not about learning tactics, it teaches you how to stop guessing so that you can make informed product decisions.

You’ll work on your actual idea and move from: “I have an app idea” to “I know what to do to make it real.”

Inside the course, you:

Learn how ideation, research, competition, and validation fit together
Analyze your competitive landscape and find your position
Talk to real users and identify problems worth solving
Synthesize research into clear product direction
Design a development approach that makes sense
Create an executable launch plan

By the end, you don’t just have notes. You have a complete app strategy for your specific idea.

2. For the Informed Founders:

The Up Coast Leaders Network

After completing the course, you'll stop guessing about every next move. With what you'll have learned, now you can think strategically about the steps you take with your product. This is when you become full fledged alumni members of the Up Coast Leaders professional network.

Leadership here isn’t about people. It’s about the product you’re working on.
