These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all Up Coast services and platforms, including upcoast.ca, upcoastleaders.ca, courses, Slack groups, workshops, surveys, and communications. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 or older to participate. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate anyone else.

PROGRAM USE AND CONDUCT
You agree to participate respectfully, follow community norms, and avoid harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour. Anyone who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately may be removed from the program without refund.

OPTIONAL PURCHASES
Workshops, swag, and other items may be offered for purchase. These are optional and separate from the free program. Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated.

COMMUNITY ACCESS
Slack access is a privilege. All participants must follow basic rules of respect and professionalism. We reserve the right to remove users at any time. A full code of conduct may be published separately.

PRIVACY AND DATA USE
We collect and use data according to our Privacy Policy. Some services (such as Go High Level or Slack) store data outside Canada. By participating, you agree to this.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials are the property of Up Coast. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute these materials without written permission. You retain full ownership of anything you contribute (such as Slack posts or testimonials), but you grant Up Coast permission to use them to improve or promote the program.

SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
We may modify or discontinue any part of the program at any time without notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Up Coast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed opportunities or income loss related to your participation.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal disputes will be resolved in BC courts.
