1. Who We Are

Up Coast Digital Products, Inc. is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms apply to all of our programs, courses (live and self-paced), coaching, consulting, materials, templates, tools, and related services (the “Programs”).

By enrolling, purchasing, or participating, you agree to these Terms.

2. Age Requirement

Our public Programs are intended for individuals 18 years or older.

By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18.

We may offer separate programs for minors through schools or partner organizations under separate agreements.

3. Program Structure

Programs may include:

  • Live video sessions

  • Recordings

  • Community discussions

  • Assignments or exercises

  • Surveys or feedback requests

  • Templates, tools, or other materials

Program format, structure, timing, and content may change over time.

Some Programs may be beta or experimental. This means content may evolve, features may change, and there may be technical issues. Participation may include providing feedback.

We do not guarantee that any Program will be flawless, complete, or offered again in the future.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing, you confirm:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.

  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

  • Payments are made in the currency shown at checkout.

5. 90-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day refund window for paid Programs and products.

  • Refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase.

  • No explanation is required.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If a refund is issued:

  • Your access to the refunded Program ends immediately.

  • Your license to use related materials ends.

  • You may not continue using or sharing those materials.

Refunds are not available after 90 days.

If access is ended due to a violation of these Terms, the refund policy does not apply.

We may refuse future service, including in cases of repeated refund requests or misuse of the refund policy.

6. Access and Conduct

We may suspend or end access to a Program at our discretion.

This may include situations involving:

  • Misuse of materials

  • Disruptive or harmful behavior

  • Violation of community expectations

  • Misuse of the refund policy

  • Conduct inconsistent with the purpose of the Program

Access decisions are final.

7. Recordings and Public Clips

Live sessions are private to enrolled participants. They may be recorded.

By participating in a live session, you understand and agree that:

  • Your voice, image, name, and questions (spoken or submitted in chat) may appear in recordings.

  • Recordings may be shared with enrolled participants.

  • Short excerpts from sessions may be used publicly for educational purposes (for example, on YouTube or similar platforms).

We do not intentionally include sensitive personal information in public clips. We may use general questions or educational moments.

If you do not want your name, voice, or image included in public excerpts, you must notify us before or during the session.

We are not required to remove content after it has been published, except at our discretion.

You may choose to keep your camera off during live sessions.

Participants may not record, copy, or distribute sessions without written permission.

8. Testimonials and Feedback

If you submit feedback, testimonials, success stories, or written comments about a Program, you grant us permission to use them for promotional purposes.

This may include:

  • Your name

  • Your business name

  • Your photo (if provided)

  • Your written or recorded words

We will not materially alter the meaning of your words.

If you prefer anonymity, you must let us know when submitting the testimonial.

You may withdraw permission before publication. Once published, removal is at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

We own the original materials we create for our Programs.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Videos

  • Recordings

  • Workbooks

  • Templates

  • Written materials

  • Tools

  • Designs and content we develop

Third-party materials shared within Programs remain the property of their respective owners.

When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Program materials for your own learning.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute materials

  • Share access credentials

  • Resell materials

  • Use materials to create competing programs

You retain ownership of your own ideas and work.

10. No Guarantees

Our Programs provide education and guidance.

We do not guarantee:

  • Business success

  • App launches

  • Revenue

  • Funding

  • Employment

  • Specific outcomes

Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Our Programs are not legal, financial, or investment advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, profits, or business opportunity.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Refusal of Service

We may refuse service or future enrollment at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

By enrolling, you agree to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
